- Return/Cancellation Policy
As our company provides technical services, the return policy is as follows:
1.1 Service Not Yet Commenced
Customers may cancel their order before the service has commenced; a refund may be requested upon confirmation; a small administrative or processing fee may be charged depending on the payment method (if applicable).
1.2 Service Commenced
Once the technical service has commenced (including remote connection, system operation, or diagnostics), refunds are generally not supported; this is due to the incurred labor costs and technical resource investment.
- Service Opening/Used Instructions
Our company specifically notes:
Even if the service has commenced or been “opened and used” (e.g., remote operation, system adjustments, or software installation have been performed);
Customers may still request a return/refund;
However, refunds will be assessed based on the following:
Amount of work completed
Value of services provided
Time invested by technicians
Whether some or all issues have been resolved
If the service has been partially completed, only the cost of the uncompleted portion may be refunded.
